To paraphrase David Wynne who described the comic more concisely than I’ve ever been able to, This is “a sixth form soap opera/sitcom”.
Private Study is a comic about a group of teenagers making their way through 6th form. There’ll be laughter, tears, romance, anger, and all sorts of stuff. It’s a bit self referential, seeing as the author only finished his 6th form life just before starting the comic, but hey, we can let that slide right? As of now, there’ll be a page every monday, wednesday and friday.
Graham Johnson (i.e. me, the guy who makes these comics) is a guy from south east london who’s studying illustration at UWE in Bristol, and who’s going to do this and other comics during every moment of free time he has. You can find stuff he’s done that doesn’t have a place on this site since it’s unrelated to THIS comic on his tumblr or his flickr and you can read his inane ramblings on his twitter.
